1. Definitions

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below:

• 1.1 "Platform" means the kis888 website at kis888.win, its mobile-optimised interface, and all digital services provided thereunder.
• 1.2 "Member" means any individual who has successfully registered a kis888 account and whose account is in good standing.
• 1.3 "Account" means the personal profile and associated MYR wallet created upon successful registration with kis888.
• 1.4 "Funds" means Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) deposited by the Member into their kis888 Account wallet.
• 1.5 "Bet" or "Wager" means any stake placed by a Member on any game, event, or outcome offered through the kis888 Platform.
• 1.6 "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits or free spins awarded to a Member subject to separate bonus terms and wagering requirements.
• 1.7 "Services" means all games, sportsbook markets, lottery products, live dealer tables, and ancillary features offered on the kis888 Platform.

2. Acceptance of Terms

2.1 By registering an Account or using any Service offered by kis888, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, together with any additional policies referenced herein, including the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy.

2.2 kis888 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the Platform following notification of amendments constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. It is the Member's responsibility to review this Agreement periodically.

2.3 These Terms and Conditions supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings between the Member and kis888 relating to the subject matter hereof.

3. Eligibility

3.1 Membership is open to individuals who are at least 21 years of age and who are legally permitted to participate in online gaming under the laws applicable to them in their jurisdiction.

3.2 It is the sole responsibility of the Member to determine whether participation in online gaming is lawful in their jurisdiction. kis888 does not represent or warrant that use of the Platform is legal in any particular jurisdiction.

3.3 By creating an Account, the Member represents and warrants that: (a) they are at least 21 years of age; (b) they have the legal capacity to enter into this Agreement; (c) they are not on any self-exclusion register maintained by kis888 or any third-party responsible gaming body; and (d) the Funds deposited are from legitimate sources and are not proceeds of crime.

3.4 Employees, contractors, directors, and agents of kis888 and its affiliated entities, as well as their immediate family members residing in the same household, are ineligible to create Member Accounts.

4. Account Registration and Security

4.1 Each individual may register only one (1) Account with kis888. The creation of multiple Accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in the termination of all associated Accounts and the forfeiture of any Bonus Funds held therein.

4.2 Members must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration. kis888 reserves the right to verify the identity of any Member at any time through Know Your Customer ("KYC") procedures, including without limitation the submission of government-issued photo identification and proof of address.

4.3 Members are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials. Any activity conducted through a Member's Account — whether authorised or not — is the Member's sole responsibility. If you suspect unauthorised access to your Account, you must notify kis888 support immediately via Live Chat.

4.4 kis888 will never request a Member's password. Any communication purporting to be from kis888 that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.

4.5 kis888 reserves the right to suspend or close any Account at its sole discretion, including where: (a) the Member has breached this Agreement; (b) fraudulent activity is suspected; (c) the Member has placed bets in a pattern indicative of arbitrage or bonus abuse; or (d) legal or regulatory requirements so demand.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

5.1 All Funds on the kis888 Platform are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Deposits and withdrawals are processed exclusively through approved Malaysian payment methods, including but not limited to Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank Online, DuitNow, and FPX.

5.2 The minimum deposit threshold is MYR 30. kis888 reserves the right to vary this threshold upon reasonable notice to Members.

5.3 Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible. kis888 targets processing of withdrawal requests within fifteen (15) minutes of approval, though actual transfer times may vary depending on the receiving financial institution.

5.4 kis888 reserves the right to request KYC documentation prior to processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals will not be processed to third-party accounts, accounts in a name other than the registered Member, or to methods not supported by the Platform.

5.5 kis888 does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. Fees imposed by third-party payment providers are beyond our control and may be deducted by those providers independently.

6. Betting Rules and Game Conduct

6.1 All bets placed on the kis888 Platform are subject to specific game rules and sportsbook betting rules, which are available within each respective product area. Members are responsible for familiarising themselves with the applicable rules before placing any Wager.

6.2 Once confirmed, bets cannot be cancelled or altered, except where the kis888 Platform expressly provides a cash-out function for qualifying in-play wagers. The availability of cash-out is not guaranteed.

6.3 In the event of a technical malfunction, server error, or data feed failure, kis888 reserves the right to void any affected bets and return the original stake to the Member's Account. This applies to all product verticals including Slots, Live Casino, and Sportsbook.

6.4 For Sportsbook products, result determinations are made based on official sporting body results. kis888 reserves the right to delay settlement pending the resolution of official protests or reviews where applicable.

6.5 Palpable errors — including manifestly incorrect odds or prices — may be corrected by kis888 at any time. Bets placed on palpably erroneous prices may be voided at kis888's sole discretion.

7. Bonuses and Promotions

7.1 kis888 may offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback promotions, and other incentives to Members from time to time. Each promotion is subject to specific terms, including wagering requirements, game restrictions, minimum odds, and expiry periods, which are published alongside the relevant offer.

7.2 Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable cash. Wagering requirements vary by promotion and are expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount (e.g., 30x). Real-money Funds are wagered before Bonus Funds unless the Platform interface specifies otherwise.

7.3 The abuse of bonuses — including but not limited to the creation of multiple Accounts to claim offers more than once, collusion between Members, or systematic low-risk wagering designed to circumvent wagering requirements — is strictly prohibited and will result in Account suspension and forfeiture of all associated Bonus Funds.

7.4 kis888 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to any applicable regulatory requirements.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the kis888 Platform. Violations may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to appropriate authorities:

• 8.1 Using automated software, bots, scripts, or AI tools to interact with the Platform.
• 8.2 Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in any game or platform system.
• 8.3 Colluding with other Members or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• 8.4 Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any criminal activity through the Platform.
• 8.5 Using a VPN, proxy, or similar technology to obscure your true geographic location for the purpose of circumventing access restrictions.
• 8.6 Systematic arbitrage betting or odds exploitation designed to guarantee profit regardless of outcome.
• 8.7 Any conduct that damages the reputation, operations, or systems of kis888 or its service providers.

9. Intellectual Property

9.1 All content on the kis888 Platform — including but not limited to software, game assets, graphics, trademarks, logos, interface design, text, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of kis888 or its licensed content providers.

9.2 No Member or third party may copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, or create derivative works from any kis888 Platform content without prior written authorisation from kis888.

10. Privacy and Data Protection

10.1 kis888 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into this Agreement. By registering an Account, you consent to the data practices described therein.

10.2 Personal data submitted during registration and KYC will be used for account management, identity verification, regulatory compliance, and fraud prevention. kis888 will not sell personal data to unaffiliated third parties for commercial marketing purposes.

10.3 Members may exercise their rights regarding personal data — including access, correction, and deletion — by contacting kis888 support via Live Chat or email.

11. Responsible Gaming

11.1 Members may, at any time, apply the following responsible gaming tools through their Account settings: (a) deposit limits (daily, weekly, or monthly); (b) loss limits; (c) session time reminders; (d) cooling-off periods; and (e) self-exclusion (temporary or permanent).

11.2 Once a self-exclusion is applied to a Member's Account, it cannot be reversed for the duration selected. Permanent self-exclusion is final and irrevocable. During any self-exclusion period, the Member must not attempt to open a new Account with kis888.

11.3 All members must be aged 21 or over. kis888 takes its age verification obligations seriously and co-operates with international responsible gaming frameworks and guidelines.

11.4 Members who believe they may have a gambling problem are encouraged to seek assistance from their Account responsible gaming tools and from international problem gambling support organisations.

12. Limitation of Liability

12.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, kis888 excludes all liability for: (a) loss of profits, revenue, or data; (b) indirect, consequential, or special losses; (c) losses arising from reliance on information displayed on the Platform; and (d) losses caused by third-party payment processor failures.

12.2 kis888's total aggregate liability to any Member arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall not exceed the total Funds held in that Member's Account at the time the claim arises.

12.3 The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. kis888 does not warrant uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform and accepts no liability for temporary interruptions caused by maintenance, technical upgrades, or force majeure events.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

13.1 This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which kis888 holds its gaming licence. Any disputes arising under this Agreement that cannot be resolved through kis888's internal complaints procedure shall be submitted to the competent courts of that jurisdiction.

13.2 Members who have a complaint regarding any aspect of the kis888 service must first submit that complaint to kis888 Customer Support via Live Chat or email. kis888 will acknowledge the complaint within 48 hours and endeavour to resolve it within 14 working days.

14. Amendments to These Terms

14.1 kis888 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to Members via the Platform and, where practicable, by email to the registered address.

14.2 The effective date of the most current version of this Agreement is stated at the top of this document. The current version supersedes all prior versions in their entirety.

14.3 Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.
